About Norwegian HR

I am Ksenia and I am an HR Advisor based in Oslo. I have put this site together for all foreign workers who want to get an understanding of how to land a job in Norway and Norwegian work culture.

I want to help because I was once "New to Norway" myself trying to figure out the laws and having only Google Translate to back me up in my efforts. There are still fewer resources available in English than there are in Norwegian and perhaps being new in this country you don't know where to start.
